Doc Willie Ong , renowned doctor in the Philippines we usually see in ABS-CBN health program "Salamat Dok" says that it's not medically right to tag someone a 'psychopath' without basis.
Without directly mentioning what is his post all about, one can easily tell that it is related to Agot Isidro's remarks against President Duterte calling the latter a psychopath after daring the US and EU to withdraw their support to the Philippines.
Agot took to Facebook on Friday to criticize President Duterte for his continued expletive-laced remarks against the US and international bodies for belittling as "crumbs" the foreign aid that the Philippines has been receiving.

According to Doc Ong's Facebook post: only 1% of the world's population are psychopaths. He also pointed out several indications that a person is a psychopath.
1. No sympathy to others.
2. Lack of emotion
3. Irresponsible
4. Charming and talented in deceiving people.
5. Always Overconfident.
6. No plans for his/her future.
7. Selfish
8. Violent
Doc Ong clears out that he is just being fair for tagging someone a psychopath. "Note: Fair lang po ako. Mali lang kasi ang paggamit ng MEDIKAL na salitang "Psychopath". Ayokong mapahiya ang bansa at kapwa Pilipino na hindi natin alam ang ibig sabihin ng Psychopath. Dagdag kaalaman din ito. Para maging aware tayo kung may Psychopath nga sa paligid natin.
Doc Willie Ong's post has gone viral on the internet and many people thanked him for educating the netizens about the mental disorder that Agot had used to slam President Duterte
